We are looking for IT candidates for various tech profiles (mostly software developers with various technologies: Node.js, .NET, PHP, Java, Unity 3D, 3D Artists, DevOps, Tech Leads, etc.) and we need support to find the most suitable candidates (from Romania and Europe) and to attract them to close the positions that we have open.

  • Analyze the Job Descriptions, clarify the hiring requirements with the hiring manager
  • Identify the best-fit candidates based on client’s requirements (tech stack + experience + reliability, etc)
  • Advertise and actively resource candidates that match clients hiring criteria
  • Conduct qualification interviews with candidates via phone/online
  • Build strong relationships within existing accounts
  • Present shortlists with the best talents to the hiring managers, collect and implement the feedback with each search
  • Continually increase IT market knowledge/keep up with the market technologies
  • Document candidates profiles, feedbacks, and statuses on spreadsheets
Desired Skills and Experience
  • minimum 6 months to +1 year recruitment experience in IT
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and a can-do attitude
  • Hustle for success
  • An ability to demonstrate tenacity, resilience and over-achievement.
  • Second European languages are appreciated, such as German and/or French
