Job Description
Our client, an important Software Development company from Paris, with 1100 employees, listed on the stock exchange in full growth which knew how to keep the advantages of a group on a human scale, develops and markets the Real Estate Reference Information System (your project assignement) which meets the needs and challenges of Real Estate Departments, General Services and the Work Environment as well as the professions of Asset Management, Property Management, Facility Management and Risk Management.
We are recruiting a Back-End Java developer on a permanent contract in Paris (Gare de Lyon). Integrated within a team of ten people and supervised by a project manager, your missions are as follows:
– Participate in the configuration of iPORTA platforms for our customers
– Provide N1 and N2 after-sales support missions
– Write functional and technical documents for the platforms created
– Be in charge of Java class development
Ideal profile
– Graduated with a BAC+2/+3 in computer science
– You have 2-5 years of experience in a similar field with a strong experience in Java (including apprenticeship)
– You are proficient in Java, JavaScript, SQL, HTML and CSS
– You are familiar with the SQL database
– You have a sense of service and are organized
– English level at a professional level
- Knowledge of Oracle and Moovapps solutions would be a plus
- Knowledge of the real estate market Asset, Property or Facility Management would be a plus
