Laravel Tech Lead (Remote)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented full-stack developer for our partner, a prestigious IT company from Romania, to help with the development of multiple software development projects (e.g. eCommerce marketplace platform dedicated to sports, crypto trading platforms, eCommerce mobile Apps, etc), for a long term collaboration.

Requirements:

● Nice to have at least 2 years of experience building modern front-end applications using frameworks like Angular or VueJs or React
● At least 2.5 years experience building modern backend-end applications using frameworks like Laravel, Symphony

● At least 3 years experience working within agile teams and 1 year of team lead experience

Responsibilities:

● Front-End Development and Back-End development in the main applications
● Work closely with a small, nimble, cross-functional team to deliver the product according to the roadmap
● Architect a codebase that is reusable and can evolve further with the product

Qualifications:

● An advanced grasp of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL
● Strong knowledge of browser APIs / performance

● Extensive e-commerce experience and building API’s

● Team lead experience and willing to lead by example by hands-on developing

● Client facing experience, gathering the functional specifications and translating them into tasks for the team

● The ability to promptly transform a set of functional/UX requirements into a working product
● Experience working with distributed source control and a dynamic team that responds to change
● The ability to build a large front end architecture that scales well

● Availability for travels to Europe with the client, when needed
