Job Description

For our client, a boutique, search firm that specialises in Strategy, Change and COO roles within the financial services industry we are looking for a Resourcer/Researcher to expand the business to the next growth level. Founded as a one‐man band working from coffee shops across the city, they have grown to become a successful business with a rising reputation and ambitious plans for the future. Following strong, consistent growth and an ever‐expanding client base (that includes a Top Tier Strategy House, leading Banks and a number of boutiques and start ups). This role will be aimed at sourcing top candidates for key roles, as well  as providing industry research to the team and working on internal projects.

Role Description 

The role will be varied and challenging. To give you an idea though, it’s likely you’ll be involved in the following:

– Identifying, networking with, and interviewing the best candidates across the industry

‐ Mapping existing and potential clients

‐ Facilitating the interview process for our candidates

‐ Co‐ordinating social media updates (e.g.  Linkedin, Blogs) to drive engagement

 ‐ Writing original content for the website

‐ Drafting and posting job adverts

‐ Helping to plan and deliver events

‐ Ensuring all information on our database is uploaded and coded correctly

Skills & Experience 

‐ Strong academics;

‐ 2.1 or above from a leading University

‐ Financial Services/Consulting experience would be ideal

‐ Previous experience as a Resourcer/Researcher

‐ Confident and skilled communicator (verbal and written)

‐ A commercial mind set

‐ Strong IT Skills (office suite, WordPress would be beneficial)

‐ Self‐sufficient, a team player and highly motivated

‐ Entrepreneurial spirit with an interest in helping JBM grow

‐ Passionate, down to earth and sociable with a good sense of humour!
