We are looking for a passionate Senior Frontend Developer to master frontend development.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain front-end applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and security vulnerabilities.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to their growth and development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in front-end software development.
- Strong proficiency in React, Typescript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks and libraries.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Cypress and Jest.
- Knowledge of mono repos and micro front-ends.
- Proficiency in Git, Github, and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with error reporting tools such as Sentry and session replay tools like Hotjar or LogRocket.
- Advanced understanding of JavaScript concepts such as Module Federation, Lazy Loading, Tree-shaking, and dynamic module loaders.
- Hands-on experience with building tools like Webpack, Babel, and Rollup.
- Knowledge of design patterns and the ability to apply them to real-world problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering high-quality software with a user-focused approach.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS.
- Previous work experience in a startup environment is a plus.
- Experience in HR-Tech or Fintech startups.
