Job Description

The hiring company is a leading global provider of employment solutions, dedicated to streamlining the process of recruiting international talent for businesses worldwide.

We are looking for a passionate Senior Frontend Developer to master frontend development.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain front-end applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and security vulnerabilities.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to their growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in front-end software development.
  • Strong proficiency in React, Typescript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks and libraries.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks like Cypress and Jest.
  • Knowledge of mono repos and micro front-ends.
  • Proficiency in Git, Github, and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with error reporting tools such as Sentry and session replay tools like Hotjar or LogRocket.
  • Advanced understanding of JavaScript concepts such as Module Federation, Lazy Loading, Tree-shaking, and dynamic module loaders.
  • Hands-on experience with building tools like Webpack, Babel, and Rollup.
  • Knowledge of design patterns and the ability to apply them to real-world problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality software with a user-focused approach.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS.
  • Previous work experience in a startup environment is a plus.
  • Experience in HR-Tech or Fintech startups.
