We are looking for a hands-on Backend/ Fullstack Team Lead to:

  • Lead and manage the engineering team (4 – 5 developers), including hiring, mentoring, and performance management
  • Develop the technology roadmap in collaboration with product managers, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Make important architecture decisions to enable the development of scalable, reliable, and high-performance software
  • Establish and maintain coding standards, engineering best practices, and development processes for quality, scalability, and maintainability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement


  • Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record in leading engineering teams and delivering complex, scalable software products
  • Proficiency in Node and Backend Development
  • Experience in Frontend Development
  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoy building things from scratch
  • Experience in building and hiring high-performing teams, with a focus on diversity and inclusivity
  • Deep knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices
  • Familiarity with multiple programming languages, frameworks, and tools, with emphasis on cloud-native architectures, microservices, and APIs
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
