Location: Remote (Flexible work options: work from home, office, or a hybrid model)
Contract Type: Employment contract (CIM) or B2B
Salary: €2,000 – €3,000 NET per month
Experience Level: Mid-Level (3 years) to Senior-Level (5+ years)
Projects involvement: SaaS solutions for various client requests, own products/internal business applications
Working Timezone: EET/RO timezone
Backend: PHP, Symfony framework
Technical Requirements:
- Programming Language: PHP (min. 3 yrs. experience)
- Framework: Symfony (min. 2 yrs. experience)
- Web Development Skills: algorithms, data structures and OOP, MySQL/Postgresql

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify improvements, develop and maintain complex web applications for process optimization/refactoring and online presence enhancement using best practices coding standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement innovative web solutions
- Open to code improvement and feedback via Pull/Merge requests
- Engage in continuous learning and improvement to stay updated with the latest technologies
