Your Responsibilities:
- Expand our client base by acquiring new contractors and fostering trust via telephone and email communication
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively
- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients
- Ensure the highest level of customer service by understanding and addressing client needs
- Recommend optimal IT solutions tailored to meet customer requirements
- Coordinate customer orders seamlessly
- Collaborate with various departments (accounting, credit control, purchasing, logistics, etc.) to ensure top-notch service delivery
- Enhance your commercial skills and product knowledge through internal training sessions and external programs organized by our partner manufacturers

- You bring at least 3 years of B2B sales experience in the IT industry
- Your English communication skills (both spoken and written) are at least at a B2/C1 level without stress
- You prioritize customer satisfaction and effectively utilize organizational resources to meet their needs
- Building relationships and effective communication are your strengths
- You approach work and challenges with unwavering commitment
- You’re self-reliant, meticulous, and can organize your daily tasks to achieve sales goals efficiently
