Your Responsibilities:

  • Expand our client base by acquiring new contractors and fostering trust via telephone and email communication
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively
  • Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service by understanding and addressing client needs
  • Recommend optimal IT solutions tailored to meet customer requirements
  • Coordinate customer orders seamlessly
  • Collaborate with various departments (accounting, credit control, purchasing, logistics, etc.) to ensure top-notch service delivery
  • Enhance your commercial skills and product knowledge through internal training sessions and external programs organized by our partner manufacturers

  • You bring at least 3 years of B2B sales experience in the IT industry
  • Your English communication skills (both spoken and written) are at least at a B2/C1 level without stress
